Ｑ：How much is delivery charge?

Ａ：Delivery charges is calculated depends on the weight and volume of the products you chose. For example, shipping to UK, it can be as low as  £8. 15 packs of soups to UK/US/Australia/New Zealand, delivery charges is approx HK$248. Canada approx HK$298 (Incl.50% off on Fedex charges)

Delivery charges will be shown automatically when you chose the destination. 

Ｑ：How long it takes to receive the product？
Ａ：Approx 5 - 7 days upon order paid

Ｑ：What if package is damaged? 
Ａ：We will make sure customer receive the product in good condition or we will resend for free

Ｑ：All the products can be shipped overseas？
Ａ：All products except Lemon slices, tangerine and gift box. Avoid whole monk fruit to Australia and New Zealand

Ｑ：Will the product subject to tax？
Ａ：Our price is not include overseas tax. It is possible taxes are imposed by oversea Customs ( VAT / GST )

Ｑ：What if package being held by Customs?
Ａ：Majority of the packages well received smoothly. It is a normal procedure for the package to be inspected by Customs. In case it is held, we will work with Fedex closely for Customs clearance.
