【材料】

無花果川貝止咳湯 - 雪梨乾 無花果 南北杏 川貝母 百合 淮山 桂圓 杞子 腰果 羅漢甘果
蟲草花玉竹養顏湯 - 蟲草花 無花果 南北杏 玉竹 百合 淮山 桂圓 杞子 栗子乾 羅漢甘果
花膠螺片養顏湯 - 花膠 螺片 雪耳 蟲草花 淮山 桂圓 杞子 栗子乾 羅漢甘果

【適合人仕】

皮膚乾涸，面色暗黃，休息不足，想改善體質人士

【燜燒壺焗泡方法】750ml, 1 - 2人份量 

🥣 熱水預熱燜燒壺 10 分鐘
🥘 所有材料洗淨放入壺，加入100°C熱水至滿（蟲草花不用洗 / 浸，避免洗掉蟲草孢子）
🉐 燜焗 4 小時，加鹽，即可飲用食用

【明火或養生壺煲煮】

1.2 - 1.5公升水，放入所有材料，水滾起計煲15分鐘，轉中火再煲15-30分鐘，關火後焗30分鐘便可
